The Problem
Small businesses lose hours every week manually entering invoice data and chasing weekly spending summaries.
What I Built
n8n workflow that pulls invoices from Google Drive, uses OpenAI to extract structured details, logs them to Google Sheets, and emails a Friday spending report via Gmail.
The Result
Bookkeeping is fully hands-off. Owners get a clean weekly spending report without lifting a finger.
