The Problem
HR teams wasted hours screening CVs, sending emails, and scheduling interviews manually.
What I Built
Automated the full hiring pipeline. Applications flow in, CVs get stored in Google Drive, AI scores them against job requirements, generates questionnaires, sends personalised emails, books interviews via Calendar, and updates Airtable in real time.
The Result
Hiring process cut from 2 weeks to 3 days. 80% reduction in manual HR work.
